What is your cancellation policy?

CANCELLATION POLICY: Customers may receive a full refund or credit ONLY in case of operator cancellation due to weather/other unforeseen circumstances OR if the customer cancels more than 7 days before event.

Guests may all request a rebooking or gift card if they are not able to make their excursion.
Contact us by phone at 305.209.9959 to cancel, rebook or inquire about a Gift Card.
No-shows will be charged the full price.

Only credit cards are accepted for reservations.

All excursions and activities include an auto-gratuity of 20%. If you receive amazing service, cash is always a special treat for our hardworking staff!

Parking is very limited at the Hawks Cay Marina, due to construction. Please walk or take a Hawks Cay shuttle if you are on property. If you are coming from town, please park in the Angler and Ale Parking lot or across the street.

  • Our Group Sunset Cruise departs from the Lagoon Dock at the Hawks Cay Resort.
  • Private Sunset Cruises depart from the Solé Office to the left of Angler and Ale Restaurant. Arrive 15 minutes before your departure time.

Meet at the Solé Office to the left of Angler and Ale Restaurant 20-30 minutes before your departure time.

Helios, one of our group boats, is wheelchair accessible. Please call the office to facilitate this or for any other special requests or disabilities at 305-209-9959.

If the captain feels an excursion will be unsafe or unpleasant, you may be given an alternative excursion, an alternative day, or a full refund.

Typically a refund will take less than 5 business days to process.

We do love our pets! But unfortunately no pets are allowed on the boats.

Please bring shoes that can get wet, a cell phone, and any other snacks, sunglasses, hat, towel, etc. LEAVE YOUR KEYS AND WALLET IN THE CAR OR AT HOME or the staff is happy to keep these in the office. Do NOT take essential items on the water. You will be provided ONE dry bag for your cell phone so that we may communicate with you on the water. Bottled water is also available.

No towels are available at the Marina so please bring your own.

Any snacks or food is welcome!  Regarding beverages,  we offer Premium Alcoholic Beverages for purchase and complimentary non-alcoholic refreshments.
