What is your cancellation policy?

CANCELLATION POLICY: Customers may receive a full refund or credit ONLY in case of operator cancellation due to weather/other unforeseen circumstances OR if the customer cancels more than 3 days before event.

Guests may all request a rebooking or gift card if they are not able to make their excursion.
Contact us by phone at 305.351.1546 to cancel, rebook or inquire about a Gift Card.
No-shows will be charged the full price.

Only credit cards are accepted for reservations.

All excursions and activities include an auto-gratuity of 20%. If you receive amazing service, cash is always a special treat for our hardworking staff!

Meet 10 mins before departure at Hawks Cay Marina, at the dock slips located behind Angler & Ale.

Helios, one of our group boats, is wheelchair accessible. Please call the office to facilitate this or for any other special requests or disabilities at 305-209-9959.

If the captain feels an excursion will be unsafe or unpleasant, you may be given an alternative excursion, an alternative day, or a full refund.

Typically a refund will take less than 5 business days to process.

We do love our pets! But unfortunately no pets are allowed on the boats.

No we do not. We concierge for some local operators who specialize in things outside of what we do. Visit our Local Activities page to book those adventures!

No towels are available at the Marina so please bring your own.

Cooler & ice are provided. Stop by The Marina Store at Hawks Cay Marina to grab some snacks and beer/seltzers/wine/sodas to complement your excursion.
