  • For group trips we must meet a minimum of 7 individuals to go out. If not, you will be contacted with suggested alternatives.
  • Electronic Waiver completion is REQUIRED for ALL PASSENGERS to board the vessel.

 

Cancellations

CANCELLATION POLICY: Customers may receive a full refund or credit ONLY in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances OR if the customer cancels more than 7 days before event.
  • Guests may request a rebooking or gift card if they are not able to make their excursion.
  • Contact us by phone/text to cancel, rebook or inquire about a Gift Card.
  • No-shows will be charged the full price.
  • Purchasing TRIP PROTECTION allows you to cancel or reschedule your cruise at any time for any reason up to 24 Hours prior to trip departure. You will be reimbursed for the full amount of each ticket, less the cost of trip protection and processing fees.
