Experience the most popular snorkeling destination in Marathon on a private vessel, the famous Sombrero Reef. The shallow water tongue & spur reef, about four nautical miles away, features abundant tropical SEA LIFE! The iconic lighthouse offers an amazing Florida Keys photo opportunity.

After snorkeling the reef, the excursion will transit inshore to the shallows of the Molasses Key sandbar where passengers can explore, relax, or choose to snorkel again.

When SEA STATE does not permit passage to the outer reef, we will transition to a PIGEON KEY trip for a shallow water snorkeling & swimming.
